Set-up for all artist booths & specialty food booths occurs on Friday, May 15th.
There are 4 waves of set-up. Each vehicle is permitted for approximately 1 hour for unloading, set up can continue as long as needed after unloading, but vehicles need to keep moving to allow for the next wave of arriving artists.
How it works: upon entering the ranch from the (click>>) south side, our team will greet you for drive-through check-in. You will be directed on a (click>>) one-way path to a field where the booths are located. The field where artist booths are located allows driving along the booth perimeter, but please do not drive on any other grass outside of the booth area, or within the booth layout. Based on your assignment, you have a color-coded area for parking along the perimeter (shown below), first-served for proximity to booth. Please always leave the designated driving aisle clear for vehicles to pass (staff will be present to direct). Once parked, you will have 1 hour to unload and move vehicle out of the booth site. There is plenty of parking elsewhere on the grounds, and set-up can continue until sundown! We appreciate you staying on the paths as you exit the site, as you did upon entry, so as not to disturb any irrigation.

- Wave 1: load-in occurs from 10:00am-11:30am
- Wave 2: load-in occurs from 11:30am-1:00pm
- Wave 3: load-in occurs from 1:00pm-2:30pm
- Wave 4 / General: 2:30pm-5:00pm
**SET-UP OCCURS ON FRIDAY. FINISHING TOUCHES ONLY ARE ALLOWED ON SATURDAY MORNING,
AS EARLY AS 8am, OUT BY 8:30am NO FULL SET-UPS.
