There are 4 waves of set-up. Due to limited space for vehicles, each vehicle is permitted for approximately 1 hour for unloading.

2. Wave 2: load-in occurs from 12:00pm–1:30pm
3. Wave 3: load-in occurs from 1:30pm–3:00pm
4. Wave 4: load-in occurs from 3:00pm–5:00pm

Confirmed Arrival Waves can be found HERE.
Traffic Flow / How it Works:

*PLEASE READ* Vehicles will enter the park from the intersection of 9th Avenue and Humboldt, which is on the west side of the park. Please do not arrive prior to your approved load-in time as there is not a place on the active roadway to form a line and you cannot block traffic at the park entrance. If you do find a place to park, please do not walk in and check in early, as staff has a very limited amount of time before your arrival to prep, and it’s a drive-through check-in system. The park road will be made into a one-way street during set-up. All artist vehicles must enter from 9th & Humboldt and face the proper direction, even when parked. View traffic map. Our artist check-in crew will be right there to greet you when you enter the park, give you a pass to park your vehicle, and show you the way to your booth.

Upon driving into the park, you will find that the booths are lining one side of the street at a time. Ideally, the opposite side of the street is where you will be allowed to parallel park (first-come, first-served for proximity to booth), and the center of the road must be left clear for through-traffic. Once parked, you will have 1 hour to unload and move vehicles beyond the site. There is plenty of parking elsewhere within the park, and set-up can continue until sundown!

Pedestrians & Bicyclists

This park is very active with pedestrians; people are used to walking and biking through the streets and park trails all year long. Inevitably, the vehicle traffic we create leading up to the festival will disrupt workout routines. Please be very cautious and slow as you navigate the roads or across any crosswalk. As you unload your artwork, do not block any crosswalk and look both ways every time for bicyclists or scooters who might sneak through the road closures. On this same note, any time you exit a barricade over the weekend, please promptly re-place it behind yourself to maintain a safe setup area for everyone.

SET-UP OCCURS ON FRIDAY. FINISHING TOUCHES ONLY ARE ALLOWED ON SATURDAY MORNING, AS EARLY AS 7:30am, OUT BY 8:30am. NO FULL SET-UPS. VEHICLE TRAFFIC MUST BE KEPT TO A QUICK MINIMUM ON SATURDAY MORNING AS THE PARK IS ACTIVE WITH PEDESTRIANS, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO MOVE THROUGH THE LAYOUT. ARTISTS WHO HAVE NOT CALLED OR CHECKED IN BY 5pm ON FRIDAY WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR BOOTH. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CANNOT MAKE IT, PLEASE CALL 505-273-7363.
